This includes advising on land use, lease configuration and exit strategy to maximise long-term income and capital value for institutional-grade transactions.
Rentals & Leases
Lions Leisure Investments structures and operates long-term rental portfolios through lease agreements, typically covering c.25% of each site’s land area. These assets are developed and operated as institutional-grade rental businesses, targeting stable cash yields of up to 20% before being packaged and sold at a premium to long-term capital partners.
